General Questions

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to Canada. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future. However, we may be able to make some exceptions on a case by case basis. Please contact us and include your name, what you’d like to order and your shipping address. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed, it can take between 4-10 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customer Service

My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?
We are so sorry to hear your order hasn't arrive yet. If it has been more than 15 business days from the purchase date, please contact us and include your name, order number, purchase date and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

What happens if my order is lost in the mail or never arrives?
We are very sorry to hear that you never received your package. If it has been more than 15 business days since the purchase date, please contact us and include your name, order number and tracking number if applicable and we will do our best to assist you. 

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
Once your order is confirmed, we immediately begin processing it. With that being said, please contact us as soon as possible and include your name, order number and what you would like to change or cancel. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we are happy to make the appropriate changes. Unfortunately, if the item has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes or offer refunds.

Item/s arrived missing, damaged or not as expected. What are my options?
We pride ourselves on the quality of all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the products you received are defective or damaged, please contact us with your name, order number and state the problem in detail. Please include images if applicable. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. There is no guarantee of a refund or exchange.
