What is your return policy?
You may return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days after the refund has been issued.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your name, order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order has been processed, it can take between 4-10 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to Canada. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future. However, we may be able to make some exceptions on a case by case basis. Please contact us and include your name, what you’d like to order and your shipping address. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Will I be charged duty and tax fees?
Shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Depending on your location, you may be charged duty fees upon arrival from the courier.
What should I do if my package arrived damaged?
We are so sorry to hear this. Please contact us with your name, order number and state the issue in detail. Please also include images of the damaged package. We will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure that any issues are resolved. There is no guarantee of a refund or exchange.
Do your dispensers include a warranty?
Our dispensers come with a standard one (1) year manufacturer warranty.
Standard one year manufacturer warranty
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original purchase date. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing and return postage which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the order number on original dated sales receipt.
This warranty does not include:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear or any use for which the product was not intended
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damages incurred during transportation
