Shipping policy

We currently only ship to Canada. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future. However, we may be able to make some exceptions on a case by case basis. Please contact us and include your name, what you’d like to order and your shipping address. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, it can take between 4-10 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

If your item or package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away with your name, order number and state the issue in detail. Please also include images of the damaged package. We will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure that any issues are resolved. There is no guarantee of a refund or exchange.
